이 일반 조항은 Bliss Hoi An Resort에서 서비스를 이용하거나 예약하는 게스트 및 파트너(아래 정의)에게 적용됩니다. 게스트, 파트너 및 Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort는 이 일반 칼럼의 상황에 따라 “당사자” 로마자입니다.
게스트/파트너는 예약 요청을 우편으로 제출해야 데 동의하고 인정합니다. Bliss Hoi An의 예약 확인은 정품의 기존 객실 상태를 기준으로 확인되었습니다. 전화로 예약하시면 유효하지 않습니다.
만 18세 이상 아동은 구원을 받을 자격이 있는 자격을 갖춘, 고용인에서 할 때 신분 또는 여권을 제출해야 합니다.
제1장 정의
“Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness”는 TROPICAL BEACH VILLAGE RESORT HOIAN CO., LTD를 의미합니다.
“일반 규정”은 Bliss Hoi An에서 머무르고 서비스를 사용하는 동안 고객이 준수해야 하는 규정이며, Bliss Hoi An의 재량에 따라 수정, 보완할 수 있도록 Bliss Hoi An 웹사이트에 게시할 수 있습니다.
“서비스”에는 Bliss Hoi An이 고객/파트너에게 제공하는 경우, 이벤트 파티, 바우처 또는 기타 추가 서비스가 포함됩니다.
“소매 고객 서비스 확인”은 Bliss Hoi An이 소매 고객의 숙박, 바우처 또는 기타 추가 서비스에 대한 고객/파트너의 요청을 확인하고, 관련 발행된 양식의 내용을 포함합니다.
일반 조항 • “그룹 서비스 확인”은 숙박 서비스 예약, 리조트에서 항목 조직, 바우처 또는 게스트의 기타 추가 서비스에 대한 게스트/파트너의 서비스 요청에 대한 Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness의 확인 청구, 이 일반 조항과 함께된 양식에 따른 내용입니다.
“서비스 취소 요청” 게스트/파트너가 취소를 유지하려면 취소를 요청하고, 이 일반 조항과 함께 발행된 서비스 취소 요청서에 따른 내용입니다.
“게스트”는 다른 개인이나 조직에 재판매하지 않고 직접 소비자하기 위해 Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness의 서비스를 사용하는 개인입니다.
“파트너”는 Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness와 계약을 보호하는 여행사/투어 운전자/기업/조직/개인입니다.
“홀수 게스트”는 서비스 요청 시 최대 예약 가능 01~09개의 객실/박인 게스트 또는 게스트 그룹입니다.
“그룹 게스트”는 예약 요청 시 10개 객실/박 이상 또는 서비스(파티, 이벤트 및 기타 서비스)를 예약한 1개 그룹 게스트입니다.
“감소/취소”는 숙박 변경, 예약 가능, Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness에서 숙박할 수 있는 것은 사실이 아니지만 완전히 변경될 수 있습니다.
“주말”은 금요일과 오늘입니다.
“주중”은 주말을 맞이하는 요일입니다.
“요일”은 일자입니다.
제2조 회의 및 체크아웃 규정
Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness의 지휘 시간은 도착 시 14:00부터입니다 .
Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness의 체크아웃 시간은 12:00시입니다.
제외되거나 제외되는 경우에는 파티 A에서 추가 비용을 요구합니다. 추가 비용은 다음과 같습니다 .
오전 6시 이전에 체크아웃: 1박 요금의 1/2을 추가로 청구합니다.
18:00 이후부터 체크아웃: 1박 추가 비용 청구.
제자리 오전 8시 이전 왼손잡이 시 1박 추가 비용 청구 .
오전 8시부터 ~ 오전 12시 이전 즉시 처방 시 : 1박 요금의 1/2 추가 청구 .
제3조 취소 정책
숙소는 리조트의 예약에 이메일로 보내야 합니다: booking1@blisshoianresort.com. 여행자 운전자는 에 취소를 하거나 객실을 사용할 수 있도록 해야 하며, 다음과 같이 운반 기간 내에 포함할 수 있는 더 빨리 또는 가능한 한 캠핑을 해야 합니다.
비수기/손님이 도착하지 않는 경우: 15일 이내 취소하면 전체 객실 요금은 100%를 청구합니다.
성수기: 21일 이내 취소하면 전체 객실 요금의 100%를 청구합니다.
성수기: 30일 이내 취소하면 전체 객실 요금의 100%를 청구합니다.
규정에 관한 제4조 체류에
객실당 최대 (02) 6세 미만의 어린이는 부모와 객실을 공유하는 경우 무료로 안내를 제공합니다.
6세에서 12세 미만의 어린이는 필요한 침대를 요청하지 않는 경우 별도 요금이 VND 225,000(세금)입니다.
12세 이상의 어린이는 부모와 함께 객실을 공유하는 경우 침대를 함께 제공합니다.
기초가 포함된 침대는 1박에 VND 950,000(세금)입니다.
제5조: 일반 규칙
Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort의 객실은 완벽하게 보호됩니다.
공개 장소에서 조치를 취하세요: 먼저 늦게 오는 것을 알려주세요; 유기체, 돌연변이, 약해지는 것을 우선시하세요; 긴장을 고이나함치지 마세요; 공공장소에서 발을 끌거나 의자에 앉지 마세요; 야외 장소에서 아이들을 돌보세요.
Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort에서 체크아웃할 때 필요한 서비스를 제공하세요.
귀중품은 객실 내 보관소에 보관하거나 보관소에 보관하세요. 규정을 준수하지 않는 경우 Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort는 개인 소지품의 발견 또는 손상에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort에 무기, 화학 물질 또는 폭발물을 가져오지 마십시오.
